These terms govern the use of justmedia.fi and any services Just Media Oy (Business ID 3537614-7) provides through the site. By using the site you accept these terms.
Service
The site presents Just Media's services and offers a free 30-minute intro call. We provide Meta advertising services for Finnish e-commerce brands — strategy, ad production, ad account management, measurement and conversion optimisation — and, as additional services, landing pages and production with UGC creators. Engagements are documented in separate written agreements between the parties.
Pricing and results-based billing
No prices are shown on the site, and nothing on the site constitutes a binding offer. The price of an engagement and the basis for billing are always agreed in a written service agreement. We bill on results: the target, the metric and the baseline are agreed together before the engagement starts and recorded in the service agreement.
If the agreed results are not achieved, the client does not pay, as defined in the service agreement. The exact terms of this guarantee, the measurement method and any separately agreed costs (for example UGC creator fees and separate production costs) are described in the service agreement. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
Webinars and events
We occasionally run free webinars and other events you can register for through the site. Registration is personal. We may change the time, content or speakers of an event, or cancel it, and will notify registrants. Event materials and recordings are for the participant's own use and may not be shared or used commercially without written consent.
Intellectual property
All content on this site (text, images, logos, code) is the property of Just Media Oy or its licensors and is protected by copyright. No part may be reproduced without written consent.
Liability
The site is provided "as is". We do our best to keep information accurate, but we make no warranty as to completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes are settled by the courts of Helsinki.
