Summary
Just Media Oy (Business ID 3537614-7, Kuonomäentie 587, 01830 Lepsämä, Finland) is the controller of personal data. We process data in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Finnish Data Protection Act (1050/2018).
Data we process
- Name, email address and company information you submit via our application form (Tally), our contact form (Netlify Forms) or our booking tool (Calendly). If you submit a lead form inside a Google ad, we receive those details from Google.
- AI-leima: the email address you provide, interface language, organisation inferred from the email domain, export event time and number of images exported. Images, logos and filenames are not sent to Just Media. Marketing email is a separate optional choice.
- Referral programme (justmedia.fi/yhteistyo): the referrer's name, company, business ID, email, role and optional LinkedIn or Instagram address, and the recommended company's name, contact person, role and contact details, which we receive from the referrer rather than from the contact person. We tell the contact person where we got their details in our first message. We may also pass the partner's company and contact details to our client when we refer work to the partner. Retained for 24 months, or for the duration of the customer relationship if the company becomes a customer. Legal basis: legitimate interest (B2B) and our agreement with the referrer.
- Technical data: IP address, user agent, referrer and event data from our advertising pixel (Meta Pixel + Conversions API) — only after marketing cookie consent.
- Analytics, with your consent to the banner's Toiminnallinen (functional) category: Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, which records how the session was used (clicks, scrolling, mouse movement) and builds heatmaps.
- Google Ads conversion measurement, with your consent to the Markkinointi (marketing) category: the ad click identifier (gclid, wbraid or gbraid) is stored in your browser for up to 90 days. Any email address or phone number sent to Google as an enhanced conversion is hashed (SHA-256) in your browser first — we do not send plain-text contact details to Google.
- Apollo Website Visitors, with your consent to the Markkinointi (marketing) category: IP address, visited page URLs, referrer and UTM data, a random browser identifier, and the company inferred from those signals. Our Apollo account is configured for company-level identification only; person-level tracking is disabled.
Processors
We use the following processors: Netlify (hosting and contact form submissions), Usercentrics (consent management), Google (Analytics 4, Google Ads measurement, Google Workspace), Microsoft (Clarity), Meta Platforms (advertising via Pixel + Conversions API), Apollo.io / ZenLeads Inc. (company-level website visitor identification), Tally (forms), Calendly (booking) and Klaviyo (AI-leima usage events and optional email marketing). Data may be transferred outside the EEA under Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
